Mandi is a living history, swing dance, and immersive event enthusiast. For years she has dreamed about the day 2020 would arrive so she could throw back to the 1920s with a sensational celebration!
Mandi Gould has been organizing and producing events for over 20 years. In addition to Toronto events, she has also produced several large scale events in New York City. These include the largest swing dance event ever held, Frankie 100 in 2014 and more recently Swedes in New York City in spring of 2019. Mandi’s event partnerships have include Lincoln Center, the Rockefeller Estate, and Harlem’s World Famous Apollo Theater.
Mandi has also been an avid Lindy Hopper since she first layed eyes on swing dancing in January 1998. She is one of the board of directors for the global non-profit organization, the Frankie Manning Foundation, one of the original founders of both Bees’ Knees Dance and Toronto Lindy Hop, and a good friend and supporter of Swing Toronto.
